Shaun, a proud Florida native, began his career journey straight out of high school, turning a part-time job into a full-time commitment with a general contractor. Driven by a thirst for knowledge, Shaun started his career in the electrical field, completing a rigorous 4-year apprenticeship program to become an electrician. With his keen attention to detail, he swiftly rose through the ranks, managing significant projects such as Shands Hospital, UF, and Frank Deluca YMCA. After 11 years as an electrician, Shaun's expertise led him to general contracting, where his exceptional scheduling prowess and understanding of the job workflow shone. He excels in MEP trades and prioritizes customer service, instilled by his grandfather, a Baptist preacher and general contractor. In January 2020, Shaun founded Empire, driven by his passion for commercial construction and a commitment to excellence. He takes pride in completing projects ahead of schedule and under budget, embodying his dedication to quality and efficiency. Outside of work, Shaun dedicates his free time to community outreach programs such as living nativity at Good Shepard Church. He cherishes moments with his family, enjoying weekends on the boat or hunting in the woods. Shaun's journey from humble beginnings to entrepreneurial success is a testament to his perseverance, dedication, and commitment to excellence. His impact extends beyond construction projects, leaving a lasting legacy of service and leadership in his community.

Samantha began her career at Empire as an office manager and quickly ascended to roles of greater responsibility, ultimately becoming a proficient project manager and estimator as well as Qualifier for the company. As a female Contractor in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Samantha has become a beacon of leadership and expertise. Her ability to navigate complex projects, manage teams effectively, and deliver results on time and within or under budget has earned her a reputation as a trusted industry leader. With over a decade of experience in employee management, hiring, and business organization, Samantha has honed her skills and expertise to effectively lead teams and drive successful projects. Her foundation in Business Management, Marketing, and Administration, with an Associate in Science degree, coupled with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business and Organizational Management, has equipped her with the knowledge and acumen to excel in her multifaceted role. She firmly believes in the power of teamwork as the driving force behind success, fostering collaboration and cohesion within her teams to achieve outstanding results. Continuing to leverage her extensive experience and educational background, she is dedicated to leading impactful projects, inspiring her team, and contributing to the continued growth and success of her organization. In her free time, Samantha cherishes her free time with family, outdoor adventures, and finds solace in exploring her faith.

Michelle's journey from realtor to integral part of the Empire Construction team showcases her exceptional skills and dedication. With a background spanning banking, sales, and brokerage, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her passion for customer relationships and commitment to her family and team serve as constant sources of inspiration. Beyond work, Michelle enjoys quality time with her loved ones and adventures in Tennessee or cruising in her Jeep.

Nanette is a seasoned bookkeeper with over 30 years of experience across diverse industries. Hailing from the southwest, she's traversed multiple states, finally settling in Ocala to be close to family. Grounded in her faith, Nanette finds joy in reading, crafting flower arrangements, and cherishing moments with her loved ones. Her guiding motto is to always be a part of the solution, not the problem. As a dedicated member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, Nanette exemplifies professionalism and expertise in her field.

Jamie's journey at Empire Construction showcases her impressive growth and versatility within the company. Starting as a receptionist in 2022, she has taken on various roles, including handling phones, warranty requests, social media content creation, permitting, and ensuring smooth operations for the team. Her dedication and hard work have contributed significantly to the company's growth and success. With over a decade of customer service experience and a Notary public license, Jamie brings valuable skills to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs, relaxing at the beach, and cheering for the Gators.

Jesus brings a unique blend of creativity and precision to his role as an estimator. With a passion for designing and creating, he endeavors to make his family proud through his work. In his downtime, Jesus enjoys bonding over sports with friends and family, often taking on the role of soccer coach. With a background in estimating for a subcontractor, Jesus now channels his expertise at Empire, leveraging his knowledge to streamline the process of delivering quotes to owners promptly. His commitment to excellence and collaborative spirit make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Eric joined Empire in 2022, bringing with him an extensive background in construction and project management, coupled with his dedication to community revitalization, which makes him a valuable addition to the Empire team. His focus on problem-solving and cost reduction aligns perfectly with the company's goals. Eric's inspiration stems from the challenges each project brings, driving him to succeed while maintaining a client-centric approach. His decision to join Empire reflects his shared values of community involvement and prioritizing client satisfaction.

Bill's extensive experience in construction, particularly as a superintendent, enriches Empire's residential division with his expertise in framing, trim, and carpentry. His commitment to excellence is evident in his aspiration to treat every project as if it were his own home. Bill's inspiration lies in the desire to deliver quality craftsmanship and ensure each house reflects his pride in his work. Outside of construction, he finds solace and joy in outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, and boating, embracing nature's beauty and challenges.

With experience in various aspects of construction, including project management and specialty trades, he brings a unique perspective to his role. While his calm demeanor soothes even the busiest of days, his sharp mind ensures he's always ready to tackle any challenge. Though occasionally vocal when silence is preferred, Murphy's endearing bark only adds to his charm. When not lending his wisdom to the team, you can find him contentedly chewing on his bone or gleefully riding shotgun on the side by side, spreading joy wherever he goes.
